Salmon Meuniere

This salmon meuniere is crisp and forms a delicious pan sauce of butter, lemon, wine, parsley, and capers.

Ingredients

Salmon Fillets

Ghee (or Butter)

Dry White Wine

Capers

All Purpose Flour

Lemon

Parsley

Combine flour, salt & pepper in a bowl. Roll salmon fillets in flour.

Instructions

In a pan on medium high heat, melt ghee until hot. Add salmon fillets skin side down. Cook 3-5 minutes then flip & repeat.

Remove salmon from heat then add capers, white wine, lemon zest, butter and lemon juice to the pan. Return salmon to the pan & serve!

Cooking time will vary depending on thickness of salmon

You can use wild salmon or farmed salmon
