The pros:Â Trader Joe's Low Calorie Pink Lemonade is a decent substitute for regular lemonade

Grocery shopping can be a challenge when there are two people in the same house who enjoy completely different item. If I had to bring home just one drink, it would be Diet Coke every time. My husband on the other hand would take just about anything Crystal Light. So I compromised one day and brought Trader Joe's Low Calorie Pink Lemonade home. Clearly, we don't mind artificial sweeteners in my household.
For $2.69 you are getting 64 ounces of reduced calorie pink lemonade in a plastic bottle. On my first sip, I did not think it was bad. It had a nice balance of sweet and lemon flavor. But by the end of a four ounce glass, I did not want any more. It reminded me of the artificialness of Crystal Light which my husband embraces, but I some how don't find it that good. While Crystal Light uses a different artificial sweetener, that is my best comparison point for flavoring here.
Needless to say, my husband finished the whole bottle. He liked the flavor, he could tell it was artificially sweetened, but the flavor the Stevia that they used jived with his taste buds in a way that it didn't with mine. Artificial sweeteners are a love/hate thing for many people. If you already embrace the flavor of Stevia, then this is a perfectly good choice for you. If you've tried Crystal Light drinks and didn't really care for them, or know you don't care for then I would say stay away and reach for something else.

Would I buy this again?  My husband loves the taste of Crystal Light and I don't care for it. So Trader Joe's Low Calorie Pink Lemonade is a split decision in my house. I buy it primarily because of my husband likes it.
