The pros: Trader Joe's Organic Moringa Mango and Ginger Herbal Tea is a nicely packaged and flavorful tea.

The cons: Might not be a flavor combination that everyone appreciates.

The verdict:  Not to be too grammar crazy, but this should be called Moringa, Mango, and Ginger tea. Yes, those commas make a difference. Trader Joe's has offered a number of different mango varieties. So when I picked this up I was reading the package as "Moringa Mango and Ginger" which has a whole different meaning than the intended one. I had never heard of Moringa before and I don't always sit and read the product descriptions much before making any product.

Grammar pickiness to the side, you are getting a pleasant and light brewing tea. There is a nice earthiness here along with a nice fruity flavor of mango. There is also an grassy like earthiness to it, but nothing that overwhelms the palate. It's a sweeter tasting tea, so if you normally put sugar in your tea you might want to cut back. Ginger is present but not the strongest flavor in the bunch. That in my mind is a good thing. There is perhaps a subtle lingering heat (not from the water) that lets you know the ginger is there.

For $3.99 this isn't over-packaged in any way. You are getting a box with a single bag full of 20 pyramid shaped tea bags. There is no tin can you are paying extra for. Overall, while it's not a traditional flavor, but a pleasant one that is worth trying.

Would I buy this again? While Trader Joe's Organic Moringa Mango and Ginger Herbal Tea wouldn't be a regular purchase, I can see myself purchasing this again. It was fruity and pleasant. I can also see this being a good tea to keep around in case of an unsettled stomach too.
