The pros: Â Trader Joe's Triple Ginger Brew has a true ginger taste, no corn syrup only natural sweeteners and juice, cool bottle that reminds me of a beer growler. Smells like a well made ginger ale.
The cons: Â Larger bottle which you probably won't be bringing to lunch at work. (Sorry had a hard time coming up with one). A bit more expensive than a regular 20 ounce soda, most likely because of the bottle, this costs $2.99.
The verdict: Â This is going to be another polarizing item. If you love your grocery store ginger ale for all of its syrupy sweetness, this might not be for you. There is a lingering heat that hits you as it is true to the flavor of real ginger root. If you love the flavor of true ginger root, this is right up your alley.

Would I buy this again? This was a split decision in my household. My husband loved it because it reminded him of ginger beer (and had a cool bottle), while I wasn't sold on it because of the heat. I think I was expecting what I've become used to the soda aisle is the super sweet slightly gingery taste as opposed to this spicy concoction. It's worth a try at least once (and yes, you get a cool bottle out of it).

Ooh no, don’t drink it straight from the bottle! This is actually the best for making dark and stormy drinks- you’re just missing some dark rum and fresh lime. Then the bottle size makes sense, you get four moderate size cocktails
