Another new find in the health and beauty aisle is Trader Joe's Cucumber and Citrus Face and Body Wipes. However, this is an interesting find as Trader Joe's already sells Micellar Cleanser and Make Up Wipes are already on shelves.
A comparison between products
However, both are priced at $3.99. So what is the difference?
First off, this package contains 64 wipes as opposed to the 20 wipes in the micellar.
And then there is the fragrance. The micellar had no fragrance which is great for those who are sensitive to it. These are scented wipes. And I adore the scent. I mean I opened the package and smelled these like, "mmmmm."
Review
They were citrusy but also had that subtle smell of cucumber. But it was nothing that I found irritating especially nice I used these as makeup wipes. However, I know some people are sensitive to smells so that might have to be a consideration for some.
Overall did a pretty good job as makeup wipes. Foundation and most eye makeup came off pretty easily. Mascara was pushing it in terms of performance. I found that these wipes would need more moisture in order to get mascara off without much tugging.
Overall
However, at the end of the day, it really comes down to whether or not you can tolerate the fragrance here. Otherwise, they seem to be on par with most other wipes on the market. Plus, overall they are a better value than the Micellar just in quantity per package.
Would I buy this again? While this is no replacement for my Makeup Eraser cloth, Trader Joe's Cucumber and Citrus Face and Body Wipes do make a nice one-time use wipe for on the go.

Just a hint on moistness of these wipes or any wipes. I have found that if you store them upside down the moisture that tends to pool up on the bottom of the package, flows through to the top. Hope that makes sense. I live in a very dry climate, so as soon as I bring any kind of wipe home, I turn it over.

Are these geared to be more body wipes than actual face wipes? Normally body / face wipes are more geared to not be makeup removers but more for general cleansing whether it be face body or hands. Are these larger than normal face wipes?

Hey Dagmar! The package says pretty much makeup, body wipes and kids with sticky hands. So I figured makeup would be a fair test. They're 7 inch squares so they are a good size too.

Ooh, I love cucumber lemon water and think I’d love this scent. I want to get these, as I’m at pregnancy stage where showering has become difficult and I feel gross at times. I think these might help make me feel more human again. Thanks for review!

these wipes are amazing actually. they are best used for cleansing and refreshing. i use them when its 110 outside and i need to cool off quickly. i also use them for clean up and on body and they leave your skn fresh and soft. they remove stickiness amd oily residue. i do noy recommend, however, to use these in place of feminine wipes.
