The pros: Â Trader Joe's Mini Quiche Duo has a light, flaky pastry with a very tasty filling that is best at just above room temperature.
The cons: Some people might not appreciate the truffle flavor in the mushroom.
The verdict: Â For $3.99, I wished I had tried these sooner. I've only had mini quiche from the large box at Costco or BJs. While they are alright, these were so much tastier. I enjoyed having the smokiness of the bacon in one of the flavors. With the mushroom you could even see the small but noticeable pieces of mushroom with truffle flavor. Even though they were mini, they were still able to get a good amount of taste and texture in these. If I had a party, I'd buy a bunch of these.
