Trader Joe's recently updated their Cream Shave, and after my less-than-fabulous experience with the old formula, I was skeptical. But curiosity (and dry legs) won, and I decided to give it a shot. It has a mango and honey fragrance that's subtle enough not to overwhelm your nose first thing in the morning. The texture is more like a creamy hair conditioner - thick enough to stay put, but not so heavy that it clogs up your razor.

I'll be honest: the original Cream Shave and I were not friends. No matter what razor I used, I ended up with razor burn and irritation. It was enough to make me avoid reviewing it altogether.

But this new version? Way better.
