Review
These 10-ounce bags of gluten-free chips taste like mini caramel pucks with a salty twist. You can bake them into treats, melt them down into a smooth sauce, or swirl them into ice cream for instant dessert-level vibes.
Opening the bag of these baking chips is like getting hit with a sugar rush. Like caramel air freshener in the best possible way. They smell like that caramel drizzle you always want extra of on your ice cream sundae, but in convenient, chip-sized form.
Popping one in my mouth straight from the bag? Oh, these are sweet with a capital S. It's like a soft caramel candy that's been sprinkled with just enough sea salt to make you reach for another. The salt doesn't overpower. It's that perfect little accent that keeps things interesting. I could definitely snack on these by the handful. (No shame in that game.)
Now, let's talk baking. Fold these chips into cookie dough, and suddenly you're the hero at the bake sale. They melt into gooey caramel pockets that add just the right amount of chew and richness. Brownies? Oh, please. I sprinkled them in, and the result was an ooey-gooey masterpiece. Basically, they make everything you bake feel fancy like you planned it that way all along.
One thing to keep in mind: they are sweet. Like, sweet-sweet. If you're looking for a delicate caramel nuance, these might be too much. But if you're the type who thinks "too sweet" isn't a real thing, you're going to love them.
The only downside? They're seasonal. So when they hit the shelves, it's like a caramel chip stampede. If you see them, grab two bags. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

You forgot to post the actual product! What it does actually looks like!
I could coat apples with these. A hybrid of caramel & chocolate apple.

I will be buying these, thanks Brenda!

I agree about the packaging. I was looking for them and they were hard to find. But they are delish right out of the ugly bag. I've started the recipe on the TJ's website with cocoa and added a little espresso. The dough has to be refrigerated for an hour before baking so I am anxiously awaiting the finished product.

Hi Kathy! Unfortunately not. You can probably check amazon to see if there are any 3rd party sellers who have them.
