The pros: Â If you enjoy lox with your bagel, Trader Joe's Cold Smoked Salmon Fleurettes is a lower carb snack for you. It's exactly three ingredients in a pretty little flower shape.
The cons: Â Fleurettes were a bit of a pain and slippery to get out their cups. Keep that in mind if you are serving these to company. It's raw fish so this might make some of you squeemish.
The verdict: Â For $9.99 these are a bit on the expensive side, but being that good smoked salmon is at least that per pound. This is still a simple 3 ingredient appetizer that you could easily make yourself. However, odds are you won't be make these yourself. They were tasty, but are very perishable. These are at the end of the day raw smoked fish so keep your audience in mind. If they love sushi or bagels, lox and a schmear this a great option.

Would I buy this again? Tasty on their own, they are easy to make and I still wanted to put these on a bagel. I love my carbs. For me this was tasty, but I could easily make Trader Joe's Cold Smoked Salmon Fleurettes on my own, so for me this is a no. Should you try it? It's worth a try.

I’m having them for lunch right now, and I would recommend wasabi and soy sauce with them…

Any idea how long these can be stored in the refrigerator once opened?

I would not let it go more than a day or two at most. It's basically the same thing as lox. I'll always err on the side of caution, especially with fish. Just my thoughts on it.
