The pros: Â Very tasty stuffing. Trader Joe's Cornbread Stuffing Mix is as good as, if not better than Stove Top stuffing. Give you recipe suggestions for softer stuffing or crisper stuffing.
The cons: Â Seasonal. If you like this, you should stock up.
The verdict: For $3.99 this is priced higher than Stove top. This one package managed to serve 6 people and have leftovers for the next day. If you come from a family that fights over the crunchy stuffing, save yourself the aggravation and instead of making a dish of this, use a large muffin pan and use an ice cream scoop to bake individual portions  to ensure maximum crispiness and minimize fighting.

I would absolutely buy Trader Joe's Cornbread Stuffing Mix again. Very tasty. Includes recipe for crisper or moister stuffing so it's good to modify depending on what people in your household like.
