The pros:  Trader Joe's Lemongrass Chicken Stix are quick, easy, tasty, chicken spring rolls with strong lemongrass flavor. Wrappers were crispy right out of the oven. Ready in about 10 minutes. Would make a lovely appetizer.
The cons: Â Lemongrass may not be a flavor that everyone appreciates as it's a very pronounced flavor.
The verdict: Â For $3.29, this is an excellent appetizer option. They can be served to company with minimal effort. Fresh and lemony flavor with an Asian flare to them.
They were a touch greasy, but made for a super easy meal. It would make an even easier appetizer idea.
The exterior was crisp and the directions were pretty much on point.
They're good on their own but would play well with some Thai Sweet Chili Sauce or Trader Joe's Gyoza Dipping Sauce.
Overall, they are worth a try. The package should give you suggestions for what to dip them in. Anything soy based or a Sweet Thai Chili compliment the flavor here, but I'm sure there are other options you could play around with.

Would I buy this again? Yes. This would be a good appetizer to serve at the holidays, with company, or even game day around the TV. Great finger food, just be sure to figure out a good dipping sauce to compliment these.
