The pros: Trader Joe's Mozzarella Sticks are pretty good mozzarella sticks from a freezer bag. Breading was crisp out of the toaster oven. Watch cook times, there is a a fine line between not melted and puddle of cheese (which still will taste good for the record)
The cons: Bread crumbs didn't stick as well as I hoped. They were a bit messy. I'd also cook them a minute or two longer than recommended as I want my cheese to be as melty as possible.
The verdict: For $3.99 , they are not as good as your local pub, but considering you don't have to leave the house or pay a bar bill for these they're a pretty good deal. You'll miss out on that slightly greasy breading that can only be achieved straight out of the fryer, but otherwise these are darn good.
There is a nice hint of garlic flavor here. Overall, if you are feeling snacky and don't mind them being slightly imperfect out of the oven, they are a reliable option.

Yes, I'll be buying these again. Some nights we have a bar night at home. It's just cheaper to get a bag of Mozzarella sticks and Trader Joe’s Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings and call it a night. It's worth a try. Yes, I'll be buying these again.
