The pros: Trader Joe's Sriracha Seafood Potstickers are very tasty if you prepare these the way pot stickers should be prepared: in a pan.
The cons: I microwaved half of the batch. Big mistake. They came out dry and rubbery.
The verdict: For $3.99, I would absolutely buy these again. There is enough for 2 people to share as an appetizer. I would recommend them to someone who likes seafood and a little bit of a kick. I would also urge and implore you to not be tempted to microwave these. The ones I made in a pan were awesome. They are made with shrimp, crab and other veggies that give this a good texture so as long as they are prepared correctly. It was mildly spicy but nothing that made me break a sweat. The seafood had good texture, unless you choose to microwave, then all bets are off. In the microwave in just 2 minutes they had chewy pasta and they driest filling I've ever tasted on anything. These go well with a soy based dipping sauce.

Would I buy this again? Yes, but I'll never microwave half a batch. These are good on their own but I made a dipping sauce that was 2 ounces soy sauce with three splashes of Worcestershire sauce to balance out the spice. I'd definitely pick these up again.
