The pros:Â Trader Joe's Pinks and Whites cookies are a nice treat. They are tasty short bread cookies with a yogurt topping. Sprinkles add texture
The cons: No taste difference between the pink or the white cookies.
The verdict: Â I'll admit it, I do bring cookies and snacks to school. Sometimes it's for me and sometimes its just fun to share with the kids. Or at least help motivate them, especially after state testing. More than thirty cookies is way too many to keep in my household anyway. So I figured I would share and get the opinions of the kids too.
Trader Joe's Pinks and Whites sells a box for $2.99 in which contain about 36 cookies. The cookies are your standard shortbread but are round in shape. They are a soft cookie with a melt in your mouth feeling. The coating is sweet but does not have much in the way of flavor. The sprinkles add a touch of texture to this. While not overly flavorful, they make for some good cookies. If you need a sweet fix, then this is a solid choice.
Overall, I wouldn't keep a box of these around the house. However, if you are going to share these, then this is a good box to grab. I liked them and so did the kids.

Do they expire?

I'm pretty sure there is an expiration/best by date on them. When I go to the store next time I'll double check.

Hi Casey! Just wanted to get back to your question. I recently purchased Trader Joe's Petite Pumpkin Spice Cookies (which are basically the seasonal variety) anyways there was a "best by" date stamped on them. I hope that helps!
