The pros: Â Trader Joe's Pulled Beef Brisket is ready in 2-3 minutes. Good BBQ (notice the word good, not great). Enough for 2 people.
The cons: Â The BBQ sauces makes or breaks it. This one is just ok. It wasn't the worst I ever tasted, but it certainly wasn't the best either. The same BBQ sauce can be found on other Trader Joe's products.
The verdict: Â For $6.49, it's not a bad deal to scratch that itch of BBQ. It's ready in 2-3 minutes rather than taking half a day or more like real homemade brisket does. If you feel like BBQ, this will scratch that itch that makes you want fall apart meat.

Serve with bread or rice. It was good, but it's not comparison to true hardcore BBQ. I'll probably buy this one again just because pull apart meat like brisket takes time that I just don't have.

This is a favorite of mine, but candidly have never tried to make something like this myself, or ordered it out so I don't have another to compare it to. I do prefer this over the pulled pork version they have too. So happy to find your site after having you read my post yesterday! (Thanks!) - TAF
