The pros:  Trader Joe's Roasted Cauliflower Cheese Mezzelune is a lovely well balanced, but slightly under stuffed ravioli that is a good balance between roasted cauliflower and cheese.

The cons:  None really come to mind.

The verdict:  For $2.99 this was a great pasta in the refrigerated aisle of Trader Joe's. If you've tried their Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gratin and enjoyed that taste, the filling of these raviolis is very similar. I think they could have been filled a bit more without them running the risk of bursting while being boiled. Wish they would suggest pasta sauce types, however I've linked a recipe that compliments this dish well.

Would I buy this again? For me this is a yes. As is most of the fresh pasta selections from Trader Joe's.

Trader Joe's recommends olive oil and more grated cheese -- or a tomato basil marinara. These let the flavors shine through.

It was good with just plain old butter too. I just like playing around with different sauce combinations.

I just made these with a fresh tomato, Portobello mushroom, spinach, onion, sweet red pepper, cranberry sauce that I simmered. Delicious.

This was not a jarred sauce. This is one I made. Here is the link to the recipe: https://www.becomebetty.com/lemon-cream-sauce-with-capers-and-shallots-recipe/
