The pros: Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gratin is tasty, flavorful and cheesy cauliflower dish that might make non cauliflower eaters think twice about passing over this vegetable.
The cons: It makes a healthy item slightly unhealthy, but that's why it's a gratin.
The verdict: For $4.49 this is an excellent side dish that can be served with any dinner. It reheated well the next day. It was cheesy and got good reviews from myself but also from my dinner guests. I would absolutely buy this again. I would remove the plastic covering next time 5 minutes before it comes out as the bread crumbs on top would have been better crispy. Yes, you can get away with this side for the holidays.

I had Thanksgiving early based on everyone's schedules, so this is one of the items I served. Would I recommend this? Yes. It's still a gratin, so be ready for cheesy goodness and less on the healthy aspects. If I make it again I'd like to see the top get more golden brown and crunchy as you have to keep the plastic cover on for most of the cooking.

I absolutely LOVE this product but I haven't been able to find it in the last few days. Someone told me they think it may have been seasonal??? Are you still able to locate?

It's probably seasonal as most of the Thanksgiving & holiday display has been broken down. I haven't seen it recently. The next closest item in flavor is the Cauliflower mezzalune ravioli. Hope that helps!
