The pros: Super cheesy scalloped potatoes ready in 20 minutes from the oven. No runny milk at the bottom of the dish. Trader Joe's Scalloped Potatoes with Quattro Formaggio was nothing but cheesy goodness with nice even pieces of potatoes.
The cons: None that I could think of.
The verdict: For $4.49 this would make an awesome side for any dinner, not just a holiday one. I hadn't noticed this on the shelf until fairly recently. Trader Joe's has a lot of misses in the refrigerated section. With this, they hit it out of the park. I highly recommend this.

So incredibly cheesy, its the scalloped potatoes that you would get in a good restaurant that weren't runny. Trader Joe's Scalloped Potatoes with Quattro Formaggio were nothing but cheese and potatoes. They were filling and flavorful. Highly recommend. If I had been served this at someone's house, I would have asked them for the recipe. It was so good I almost at the whole dish. It was that good.
