The pros:  Out of the box Trader Joe's Tarte au Brie etaux Tomatoes was ready to go into a preheated oven and came out bubbling in about 10 minutes. Tasty and delicious both hot and at room temperature.

The cons:  No microwave on this one.

The verdict: For $3.99 this is a completely unique pizza. The crust will remind you of a tarte, but the taste is all pizza. The crust is crisp but the bottom get a smidge soggy. The cheese was addicting.

This is truly a unique pizza experience. It's as non-traditional as it gets. The crust is pastry instead of pizza dough. The pastry has a very pretty braid to it. It could get a bit soggy. If you are looking to serve more than two people then I recommend that you buy a few of these. In fact, I almost ate the whole thing in one sitting. This isn't a terribly large tart and when I like something I'm not known for wanting to share.

Unlike many traditional pizzas there is no red sauce. Just pastry, cheese, tomatoes and seasoning. Overall, I liked this tart. I would buy it again, but due to the calorie count it won't make the weekly shopping list. Another good choice and an even better one if you have someone who doesn't appreciate red sauce on their pizza (or tarte in this case)

Do they make other varieties? Yes, I recommend trying them all.
