The pros: Super flavorful carrot dish. It's more of a carrot puree with the taste of cinnamon and nutmeg. Trader Joe's Carrot Souffle was definitely on the sweet side, but it was enjoyable.
The cons: Not a true soufflé in the puffy and eggy sense. There was no rising with this product, but there was a light and airy nature to it when it came out of the oven.
The verdict: For $4.99 I would absolutely buy this again. It made for a nice dish that would compliment a holiday dinner and be different than just plain carrots.

I would absolutely buy Trader Joe's Carrot Souffle again. Give it a try, this could easily be Mrs. Doubtfired into a decorative dish and pass it off as your own. If you are looking to take the pressure of a side dish out of your hands this is a good choice as is the cauliflower gratin.
