The pros:Â Super flavorful carrot dish. It's more of a carrot puree with the taste of cinnamon and nutmeg. Trader Joe's Carrot Souffle was definitely on the sweet side, but it was enjoyable.
The cons: Not a true soufflé in the puffy and eggy sense. There was no rising with this product, but there was a light and airy nature to it when it came out of the oven.
The verdict:Â For $4.99 I would absolutely buy this again. It made for a nice dish that would compliment a holiday dinner and be different than just plain carrots.

Out of the oven it looked like this. (The Carrot Souffle was on the right, and the Cauliflower Gratin was on the left):
I would absolutely buy Trader Joe's Carrot Souffle again. Give it a try, this could easily be Mrs. Doubtfired into a decorative dish and pass it off as your own. If you are looking to take the pressure of a side dish out of your hands this is a good choice as is the cauliflower gratin.

I LOVED the Carrot Souffle and was SO disappointed when Trader Joe's stopped selling it! It tasted so good and it was perfect for the holidays. Since you took screenshots of the ingredients (THANK YOU!) I shall try to make it on my own 😉
