The pros: Trader Joe's Fettucine Alfredo is ready in about 4 minutes. Quickest pasta alfredo you can make is the one out of the freezer.
The cons: Some of the most limp pasta I've had. They can do al dente. Just not in this dish. This was on the same flavor level as any other brand of freezer food. I expect more from Trader Joe's.
The verdict: For $3.99 this is just ok and I probably wouldn't run out and buy this again. Making a box of pasta and purchasing Trader Joe’s Alfredo Sauce is tastier and more economical than this. I was hoping that there would be an al dente element to this as they were able to capture that in Trader Joe’s Asparagus Risotto. Unfortunately this was pasta that wasn't as good as it could have been.

Unfortunately, Trader Joe's Fettucine Alfredo was edible, but didn't make me want to run out and buy this again. It reminded me that boiling water and pour a jar of sauce on a pound of pasta isn't difficult and will result in a far tastier meal. Trader Joe's freezer section is outstanding, but this is not one of the standouts in the section. I would recommend passing on this dish.
