The pros: Trader Joe's Mini Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are addicting and a better balance of peanut butter and milk chocolate than the full sized ones they sell.

The cons:  Addicting. It's not hard to sit and eat the whole container.

The verdict:  There are certain things you learn about each other when you get married. Most notably, you learn each others eating habits. There are certain foods my husband and I both enjoy. Peanut butter cups are on the list of things we both enjoy.

We have a few funny peanut butter cup story. All of them revolve around the fact that neither of us like to share. We actually hide peanut butter cups to avoid sharing. You might notice that the picture of the box of these is mostly empty. The story goes something like this:

Husband: "Where did the peanut butter cups go?"

Me: ::Singing to the tune of Amazing Graze::  "It once was full, but now they're gone.."

Husband: "You wretch."

We have that loving relationship where sarcasm and a few well intentioned seemingly insulting lines get tossed around. But when the topic is food, it's fair game. I totally eat most of these. I only left a few for my husband to sample. Should they sit on the counter much longer, my kindness will end and the entire box will disappear.

Now, I personally liked Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups over the milk chocolate variety. That was such a really well done pairing. Because of the size of these, the balance of flavors is awesome. They are tiny, but the peanut butter really shines. I did not mind the milk chocolate here either.

These are perfect for snacking or topping on a dessert like ice cream. They are worth a try if you haven't gotten around to them yes. For $3.69 my husband and I can afford to get our own container each.

Much agreed Judie! I only needed to buy this once. It's too dangerous to keep around the house! Thanks as always for stopping by.
