I was not sure what to expect from this product. Worse, I did not know how to pair it with anything. I opted for oven baked French fries. There is a hard to describe aroma that hits as soon as the jar is open. It is not enticing. Honestly, this is my first trial of truffle anything. Sadly, it has an overpowering flavor that did not sit well with me or my stomach. As I have been burping up this terrible flavor hours after dinner.
