The pros: Â Tasty wrap, similar filling to a spring roll without the fried crispy wrapper. Trader Joe's Vietnamese Inspired Grilled White Chicken Wrap has fewer calories than most wraps found in the refrigerated section.
The cons: The dressing was very thin, watery, and there was too much . This would have been better with a thicker, smaller package of a thicker dressing.
The verdict: For $3.99 this is one of the better wraps you can buy. While this wasn't my top choice to reach for (The Trader Joe’s Black Bean & Jack Cheese Burrito is still my top pick), this was still a solid and filling choice for a meal on the go. This is a good mix of protein and veggies.

This was a solid choice in the refrigerated aisle. It had the crispiness from the veggies and had a good amount of chicken to it. The flaw was the dressing. It was very watery and would benefit from being more concentrated or emulsified in some way. Plus there was way too much of it. With it being so watery, the bottom of my hand also became drenched in dressing that had escaped the wrap. So even if you want to use all the dressing, you'll need a salad bowl to catch it all. Fair price for a good wrap. One of the low points at Trader Joe's are their selection of wraps. This was one of the better ones. Would I buy this again? Yes, I would.
