The pros: Trader Joe's This Fig Walks Into a Bar is organic, flavorful, some nutritional value, tasty, inexpensive compared to other organic snack bars.
The cons: The entire line of "This Insert Fruit Name Here Walks Into a Bar" cereal bars are addicting, it's just a matter of which flavor you'll enjoy. I found this to be the sweetest of the bunch.
The verdict: For $1.99 these are an awesome snack that isn’t full of empty calories. Best of all there are six bars in a box so it’s reasonably priced. The question here is which flavor you will like. It does remind me a of a Nutrigrain bar and a Fig Newton cookie with a grainy topping.
This has a very strong taste of fig and was the sweetest of the group in this line of cereal bars. The filling is moist without making the bar soggy. I found Trader Joe’s This Apple Walks Into a Bar to be the least sweet and reminded me of apple pie with it's spices. This Fig on the other hand was the most sweet other than the Trader Joe’s This Mango Walks Into A Bar.
They are all good. It's come down to preference which you should pick up. I haven't had a bad bar in the bunch. My husband likes figs more than I do, so he like these. I'm not a big fig fan, so I preferred other flavors. The exterior bar is pretty much the same regardless of which flavor you pick up.

Would I buy this again? I'm personally not crazy about figs so my response is biased on this one. I think the whole line of cereal bars are something good and reliable to reach for. It's a matter of preference. My husband liked Trader Joe's This Fig Walks Into a Bar so we will be buying these again. I just happened to prefer the other ones in the product line.
