Stew Leonard's Seafood Pot Pie

Stew Leonards Seafood Pot Pie

The pros:  Stew Leonard's Seafood Pot Pie has a super flaky pie crust, delicious and rich filling that doesn't skimp on the seafood.

The cons:  No nutritional values (I probably don't want to really know. Anything that tastes this good, I'm strangely ok with not looking how not good it might be for me) or how to prepare/reheat. I really wanted to make sure I didn't microwave this, nor did I want to burn this. I had it in the oven for 20 minutes and still hit cold middle. Cold delicious middle.

The verdict:  ...

Trader Joe's Sparkling Pomegranate Flavored Juice Blend

Trader Joes Sparkling Pomegranate Flavored Juice Blend

The pros: Trader Joe's Sparkling Pomegranate Flavored Juice Blend is a tasty blend of fruit juices. Although pomegranate is the stated flavor, I had no problem tasting the other fruit juices as well.

The cons:  If you were hoping for a carbonated Pom Wonderful or something similar, you are going to be disappointed. This is much sweeter and not as tart as regular Pomegranate juice. For something that is 100% juice, this is disappointing on the nutritional level as it's just as many calories as a soda and lacks a lot of the vitamins you would expect when drinking something that is pure juice.

The verdict:  ...

Trader Joe's Pizza Crust Review: Crust Without the Fuss

An unopened Trader Joes Pizza Crust

Pizza night without the drama? Yes, please. Trader Joe's Pizza Crust promises to be your weeknight hero-no rolling pins, no yeast packets, and definitely no flour-dusted kitchen fiascos. Just top, bake, and boom. Pizza that almost makes you feel like a pro.

Trader Joe's Pizza Crust
[feast_advanced_jump_to]

Review

This crust isn't your standard pre-baked round-it's a rectangular slab of thin, focaccia-style bread (about two feet long), sold in packs of two for just $3.99. It's airy, chewy, and versatile-ready to be sliced, topped, toasted, or turned into sandwiches.

First off, these crusts are surprisingly springy, light, and bubbly in texture. Out of the pack, they're soft and pillow-like. After a quick bake, the edges crisp up beautifully while the center stays pleasantly chewy.

Flavor-wise, this crust is mild and wheaty: basic, but reliable. It doesn't compete with your toppings, making it a perfect blank canvas for anything from Margherita to spicy sausage. It might not knock your socks off if you're craving sourdough tang, but it delivers dependable pizza vibes without any fuss.

Texture is the real win. The crust stays strong under cheese, sauce, and veggies, so cleanup is voluntary-even with a bulldozing amount of cheese involved. Perfect for casual dinners or quick gatherings.

Room for bake-off? Absolutely. This crust does everything it promises-without the labor-and does it again. Just grab toppings, feed your oven, and you're ready to roll.

Trader Joe's Oven Baked Cheese Bites Review: Cheesy, Crunchy, and Totally Munchy

A package of Trader Joe's Oven Baked Cheese Bites with some out of the package

If you're on a keto roll or just love cheese more than anything else, Trader Joe's Oven-Baked Cheese Bites are about to blow your mind. These crunchy, savory nuggets deliver full-on cheese flavor in a snackable crunch-no carbs, no guilt.

Review

Imported from Italy, these bite-sized cheese crisps are made from 100% cheeses like semi-aged and Grana Padano-and that's literally it. They pack 15 grams of protein and almost zero carbs per serving, all without any added preservatives.

Rip open the bag, and you're hit with a wave of rich, nutty cheese aroma-like the best part of a baked lasagna's crusty edges. These bites look small and unassuming, but don't be fooled-they pack a serious crunch and a burst of flavor that's like eating the best part of a grilled cheese sandwich.

The texture is downright addictive. Each bite shatters in your mouth in a satisfying, airy crunch that's miles away from those dense, chalky cheese snacks you might find elsewhere. It's that light, crispy snap that makes you reach for one after another-and then suddenly you realize half the bag is gone.

Flavor-wise, these are intense. The cheesiness is sharp and tangy, like aged parmesan or a good Grana Padano. There's a deep, umami richness that lingers after every bite. A little salty? Definitely. But in that I-need-water-but-I-don't-care kind of way. If you're a salt-sensitive snacker, you might want to pace yourself, but I personally love that hit of salt that keeps me coming back.

One of my favorite ways to enjoy them is alongside a soup or salad, where their crunch contrasts perfectly with softer textures. Think croutons but with ten times the flavor. I also love crumbling them on top of pasta or even using them as a garnish for roasted veggies. They bring instant fancy vibes with zero effort.

Another bonus? The simplicity. No weird additives, no preservatives-just pure cheese transformed into snackable, crunchy magic. It's that straightforward approach that makes them a standout in a sea of overly processed snacks.

Sure, the bags are small, and they're a little pricier than your average chip. But for me, the flavor payoff and that satisfying crunch to make them worth the splurge. Just be warned: one bag may not be enough.

Trader Joe's Sparkling Clementine Flavored Juice

Trader Joes Sparkling Clementine Flavored Juice Blend

The pros: Trader Joe's Sparkling Clementine Flavored Juice is tasty, fizzy, resealable bottle with a flavor that reminded me less of consuming juice even though there was a bit of pulp floating around. It reminded me of a carbonated Tang. It's more grape juice than clementine, but it strikes a nice balance between sweet ness and acidity.

The cons:  About as many calories as a soda, so don't think you are doing yourself any favors by opting for this sparkling beverage. It's not big on the vitamin side either.

The verdict:  ...
