The pros:  Trader Joe's Artisan Parbake Ficelles are the freshest bread you can have short of making it yourself.
The cons: Â Short shelf life so use them quick otherwise you'll start growing mold. Visually not pretty, but it's not supposed to be, its only half cooked.

The pros: Trader Joe's Shrimp Toast is a solid choice for an appetizer. It's chopped shrimp that sit very nicely on top of toasted bread and covered with sesame seeds.
The cons: Â Basic in flavor. I was hoping for something more complex. The shrimp were plan. So was the toast. The toast even stayed crisp a day later in the refrigerator. Your only excitement is the sesame seeds here.

The pros: Â Ready super quick in the microwave, no oven required. Trader Joe's Butternut Squash and Creamed Spinach Gratin is a tasty a break from traditional butternut squash dishes.
The cons:  Wish there was more creamed spinach. Or cheese for that matter. I actually think that Trader Joe's Scalloped Potatoes with Quattro Formaggio should set the cheesy basis for all other gratin dishes.

The pros:  Trader Joe's Chicken Sausage and Cornbread Stuffing is an herby and flavorful stuffing that will remind you of something more homemade. Was ready in about 3 minutes from the microwave.
The cons: Â Could have had more chicken sausage, if you've lived off of Stove Top stuffing mix your whole life, the texture might throw you on this one. The cranberries in the stuffing are going to be a love/hate type of taste.

The pros: If you like Junior Mints candy, you are going to enjoy this candy that tastes similarly, except it's on a larger scale. To ensure that you are not unclear that these are minty, they've added some chopped up peppermint for added flavor and texture. Smooth and creamy inside that when cut open will eventually (and slowly) melt out.
The cons: If you were hoping for the more solid filling like that of a York Peppermint Patty you might not like the soft filling here.
