This is so helpful! Although I totally disagree with the review who hated the high protein tofu- that stuff is amazing! It’s good for specific recipes- not great for a stir fry but great for saag paneer instead of cheese, or most commonly i just dice and toss with soyaki sauce and bake it.
That spinach and riced cauliflower salad was actually at the tasting station the other day and i’ll pass, it’s just too easy to buy the bag of organic baby spinach and add a few ingredients myself. The riced cauliflower added a weird texture, I’d rather have some sunflower seeds instead
